We have well equipped departments to handle various aspects of operations from merchandising & sampling to testing, from planning to delivery, each of these individual departments is integrated & assimilated in to a well– knit setup that thrives on speed and perfection.

Our specialists purchase the cotton / acrylic / polyester that meets the customer requirements, are processed in our modern spinning mill having a capacity of 5000 Kgs / day.
We have stringent quality controls that guarantees strict standards and our special features in Spinning are producing organic cotton yarn in various counts.

The Knitting Unit has imported sophisticated advanced and high speed circular knitting machine and flat knit machine. In our circular knitting machine we are able to produce all types of fabric in both grey and yarn dyed to meet the requirements of our valued customers.

We have dedicated sister concern dyeing units with latest imported machines with RO plant for ZERO discharge. The Dye stuffs which we are using all completely Azo free eco-friendly to meet global Standards

Printing
This division takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer's specifications. Curing and fusing are done for ensuring better fixisation on the garment and to remove the unwanted odour on the garment. Use of eco- friendly colours and chemicals which are free form pthlates, lead, cadmium etc.

We have in-house facility of our own embroidery machines with 56 heads (BARUDAN )We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any styles, any garments as you have an option to choose from a wide range, designs & colours. We do Embroidery on both finished products and cut pieces.

Production
Our factory has a very safe and convenient work atmosphere assured to all our employees. With the ability of producing of 50000 garments in a month, we in parallel line, keep ourselves abide to compliances and audit regulations. 150 machinists are in the operations to ensure the best garments been produced. Any design can be done here with absolute perfection.
